Recommendation: Continue to utilize knowledgeable TACs in order to successfully teach PLT movement tactics and provide LDAC input. Issue: Too Many Commands Description: Multiple and conflicting commands coming from the MSIV’s Recommendation: Utilize and standardize a script for the MSIV’s to follow to minimize conflicts. Issue: Element Size Description: There were to many cadets per patrol Recommendation: Make 6 lanes instead of 4 with 18 - 20 cadets per lane to better simulate LDAC conditions ImprovesSustains
