Promotion (as of 3/1/16) To be classified as a SOPHOMORE by the start of the 2016-2017 school year a student must have: Earned a minimum of 5 credits in grade 9 and Must have earned a cumulative GPA of 1.0 on an un- weighted 4.0 scale. * CONSIDER ADULT EDUCATION or LCVS IF STUDENT NEEDS TO MAKE UP CREDITS * Only students who have received a D or an F may retake the same course. Students must earn a C or better to replace the grade in the cumulative GPA.
