23 Summary Since the arrival of Charles Rudd as Main Street Manager the Main Street Organization has initiated many new programs and events and has become increasingly successful with the revitalization efforts of Downtown Palatka. His leadership has redirected the Program to move more in alignment with the proven effectiveness of the State and National Main Street Organizations. The Program has proven itself to be a valuable component of Downtown revitalization and we must search for a dynamic, competent Manager to direct the efforts of the Main Street Volunteer Corps.
