12 Incidents – Diamond Report Step 1: Open your internet browser Step 2: Navigate to http://kier-incident.econtrack.co.ukhttp://kier-incident.econtrack.co.uk Step 3: Click Analysis Tools tab Step 4: Click Diamond icon Step 5: Choose your criteria from the list; PROJECT: Click & choose the project name DATE RANGE: Enter the Incident Date Range KIER COMPANY: Choose the Kier Company Step 6: Click “Submit” icon 12 Re-Access or review any existing Incident reports

13 You will be presented with details of a series of Incidents that match the criteria you selected; Anywhere you see an underlined hyperlink, you can click on it to jump to that record in the database. If we click on the text for Incident No. “15073”, we can re-access that Incident.underlined hyperlink From the “More” function you can generate an excel file to give more detailed information about the Incidents 13 Incidents – Diamond Report

14 Incidents - Index 14 The index (menu) on a Dashboard allows you to navigate to other pages on the Dashboard Report by clicking on the Radio Buttons. In this instance we can navigate to 2 further Pages which give details of “Legacy” data... Page 2: Legacy RIDDOR Reportable Page 3: Legacy Accident Book Entries You can generate a print of your Dashboard by clicking the “Produce PDF” Printer icon You MUST have Adobe Reader installed to convert to PDF

15 Incidents – Project Statistics “Bulldozer” Report Step 1: Open your internet browser Step 2: Navigate to http://kier-incident.econtrack.co.ukhttp://kier-incident.econtrack.co.uk Step 3: Click Analysis Tools tab Step 4: Click Bulldozer icon Step 5: Choose your criteria from the list; PROJECT: Click & choose the project name DATE RANGE: Enter the Incident Date Range Step 6: Click the “Show” icon 15

16 Incidents – Project Statistics “Bulldozer” Report You will be presented with a series of digital panels that match the criteria you selected. The panels all display counts of each item type where; 16 AB: Accident Book Near Miss: Near Miss RIDDOR: Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrence Regulations DO: Dangerous Occurrence Environmental: Environmental Incident APR: APR Inspection HSE Visits: Health & Safety Exec Visit (count of 3 rd party inspections)

Consider getting an external trainer to site to give a formal refresher training session Have regular discussions and use clean up notices as appropriate”
