8 Cable line installation Trust TriNity performs installation of cable lines of any complexity as well as construction of cable ducts and trays. 10 Temperature Monitoring Systems Main functions: The system performs distributed temperature control of high voltage cable Provides current temperature Defines areas of hot spots and excess of allowable cable temperatures, controls and forecasts power cable status Handles, stores and automatically transmits data, service and emergency signals Forecasts loads. Calculates and evaluates line capacity Cartographically displays cable line status

11 Submarine Cable Installation Installation of submarine cables is performed on the bottom. Special vessels with large capacity are used for such operations, turn tables are preferable. Main requirements to submarine cables:  Large factory length with no joints  High reliability  Corrosion and wear resistance  Resistance to mechanical loads while manufacturing and installation  Minimum water penetration when damaged

13 Project 330kV S/S Vasileostrovskaya Connection of 330kV Power ring in Saint-Petersburg (2011-2013) New Technologies Group performed the installation of high voltage submarine cable on the bottom of the Gulf of Finland for 330kV S/S Vasileostrovskaya. When the substation is in operation, the construction of 330kV power ring will be completed. Works performed:  Supply and installation of 330kV cable with XLPE insulation for underground application (29,9km)  Supply and installation of 330kV cable with XLPE insulation for submarine application (19,9km)  Supply and installation of 330kV accessories (67pc.)

14 Project Revamping of 220kV overhead line Ochakovo-Lykovo and overhead line Ochakovo- Krasnogorskaya (Innovation Center Skolkovo) (2011-2013) New Technologies Group performed the supply and installation of cable and accessories for the project Revamping of 220kV overhead line Ochakovo-Lykovo and 220kV overhead line Ochakovo- Krasnogorskaya. Replacement for cable lines. Works performed:  Supply and installation of 220kV high voltage XLPE power cable (over 68km)  Supply and installation of 220kV joints and terminations (179pc.) Power cables was manufactured by Prysmian Cables & Systems Oy

15 220kV power transmission line Zeleny Ugol - Russkaya Power supply of APEC summit – 2012 (2011) Works performed:  Supply and installation of 220kV XLPE cable AL/XLPE/CWS/AL-FOIL/HDPE 1C×630mm 2 manufactured by TAIHAN ELECTRIC WIRE CO., LTD (Korea) (56km)  Supply and installation of XLPE cable AL/XLPE/CWS/AL-FOIL/HDPE 1×630/150-220kV, manufactured by TAIHAN ELECTRIC WIRE CO., LTD (Korea) (35,5km)  Supply of 220kV terminations and joints (48pc.), joint with cross bonding (112pc.) The cable was for the construction of 220kV power transmission line Zeleny Ugol-Russkaya with transition through Straight of Eastern Bosphorus (the section from 220kV S/S Zeleny Ugol up to Straight of Eastern Bosphorus and the section from Straight of Eastern Bosphorus up to 220kV S/S Russkaya).

16 Project 220kV and 110kV S/S Dagomys (2010-2011) New Technologies Group completed the project of supply and installation of 220kV high voltage cable and 110kV accessories for S/S Dagomys. The aim of the project was to provide reliable power supply of Olympic facilities in Sochi and its suburbs. Works performed:  Supply and installation of 220kV XLPE cable, 500/95 mm2 (3045m)  Supply and installation of outdoor terminations ОТС - 245 (18 pc.)  Supply and installation of 110kV XLPE cable, 630/95 mm2 (1605m)  Supply of 110kV cable accessories ОТС-145 (18pc.) The cable was manufactured by Prysmian Cables & Systems Oy

17 Project 330kV S/S Tsentralnaya (2009-2010) New Technologies Group participated in the construction of 330kV cable line Tsentralnaya-Yuzhnaya connecting the substation to grid lines of Leningrad region. Today it is the longest 330kV underground cable line in Russia. The length is 12km. Works performed:  Supply and installation of XLPE cable with integrated fiber optics HXCHBMK-2F 1х2000/300-330kV (78,462km)  Supply and installation of accessories ОТС – 420 (3 pc.), CFMT-420 (9 pc.), CFJ-420 (60 pc.), CFJX-420 (60pc.)  Supply and installation of fiber optics for high voltage cable temperature monitoring system The cable was manufactured by Prysmian Cables & Systems Oy

18 Project Spaceport Vostochny New Technologies Group is designing power supply system for water intakes of Spaceport Vostochny facilities. Spaceport Vostochny is Russian cosmodrome to be constructed in Far East, the Amur region, near Uglegorsk village.
