2 Why VCC –Improve the quality of life in our region of Central California through the enhancement of cultural arts, science, and history. –Support cultural arts, science, and history organizations with information sharing, training, coordination, resource sharing, fundraising, training, advocacy, cooperation, outreach, public awareness, and education. –Help make our region of Central California a place where engagement in, delivery of, participation in, and the appreciation of cultural arts, science, and history can flourish.
