11  Special Consideration of Endorsement : Must fulfill the Professional Qualifications Requirements of HAAD. Valid Registration and Good standing Certificate from DHA Endorsement apply only to titles available in HAAD No exam history in HAAD 3 3 HAAD & DHA

12  In 2014 HAAD, DHA and MOH are in the process to finalize the unified “Professional Qualifications Requirement (PQR)”.  Future changes in PQR 2014:  Physicians and dentists tittles and requirements are completed.  New certifications and new countries will be added.  Admin titles are recommended to be removed. 4 4 The New Professional Qualification Requirment (PQR)
