7 What is changing? Following all of your feedback, BT and Manpower have been working closely to re-engineer a more effective recruitment model that will meet the needs of the BTLBs. The model will evolve from a centralised recruitment team to a local and regional delivery model. Manpower have assigned a local recruitment branch to the nearest BTLB. Each branch will have a recruitment consultant that will provide a single touch point into the LB. Management Information / Candidate Analysis will continuing to be provided to BT. Our collective aim is to have sourced 80% of the outstanding Manpower project 160 vacancies by 20th July 15.

9 1.All BTLB need to offer a competitive salary and benefits package in the market place. Manpower will help with this analysis and provide options depending on the outcome. 2.Where the BTLB continues to utilise other agencies, please share with the Manpower Branch. We can then ask candidates if they have been considered for this role previously to save duplication. 3.We need to move quicker. Initial BTLB / Manpower branch meeting will happen before the 12th June (many have already taken place or been scheduled) Manpower will keep the BTLB updated throughout A candidate should go through the full process within 5 days. Successful candidates need to be advised within 1 day of interview to avoid losing them. Important Dependencies

12 160 Recruitment Programme Partnership and Support Overview Manpower Local – a bespoke local branch recruitment service £900 contribution for non-Manpower agency costs for new recruits from 1 st June ’15 *subject to passing New Entrant Training & 8 weeks in post A £1,000 retention bonus payable to all recruits from 15 th March, subject to being in post 12 months, passing NET training & achieving £250,000 Sales Order Value You need to support us by ensuring all new recruits attend and pass the NET training
