11 FHA Training Module 11 Must be 8 characters long. ―At least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character. Cannot: ―Include your EAD user name or ID. ―Have more than 2 repeated characters. ―Be repeated or in reverse order before 5 password changes. EAD will not allow you to create an invalid password. 19 FHA Training Module 19 Exit the EAD by selecting the Logout button. Inactivity causes the EAD to Timeout and requires you to login again. Logout and Timeout

Any combination of loan sections with one to three appraisals that are less than or equal to ten appraisals. Limit: 10 Appraisals Per Submission

28 FHA Training Module 28 The Appraiser must make file changes if the file is too large. Limit: 15 MB File Size

29 FHA Training Module 29 Maximum of ten loans with one appraisal each. ―No single file exceeds 15 MB. ―Ten file total does not exceed 100 MB. Any combination of loans and appraisals that does not exceed limitations. Limit: 100 MB Total Size Multiple Files

31 FHA Training Module 31 When the upload is complete and the submission is analyzed you will receive an Upload Confirmation Report. EAD Upload Progress Bar

32 FHA Training Module 32 Submission Statuses: ―In Progress; ―Successful; ―Not Successful; ―Override Requested; and ―Rejected (requires immediate action). EAD Upload Confirmation Report

33 FHA Training Module 33 Assigned for all Submission Statuses of: ―Successful; and ―In Progress. ―Workflow statuses:  Not Successful; and  Override Requested. NOT assigned for Submission Status of Rejected. EAD Doc File ID
