1 GPS ACCESS as-of June 2014 Note: (Your username will always be your Employee ID and your first password will also be your Employee ID)

2 Accessing Your GPS Account When you are added to the GPS System as a user you will automatically receive a Welcome email from the GPS Performance Manager with your log-on information. You must change your password and answer your security questions with your first log-on. 1. Your username is your Employee ID number. 2. Your first password is also your Employee ID number. 3. Click the ‘Login’ button to continue. 4. Enter your Employee ID number here again. 5. Enter a new password here. 6. Enter your new password again here for system verification. 8. Enter the answer to each question in the text box next to the corresponding question. 7. Click on the arrow to show the list of questions. Double click on the question you want to use to select a question for each drop down box. 9. Click on the ‘Save’ button. Tip: Your GPS password does not automatically change when your Novell password does.

3 Finding a Forgotten Password 1. Password – Click on the hyperlinked ‘Forgot Password?’. 2. Enter your username (your Employee ID) then click on the ‘Submit’ button to move to the next page. If you receive a message telling you to contact your system administrator, or you have failed 3 times to answer your security questions correctly, email GPSSysAdmin@kumc.edu to have your password reset manually.GPSSysAdmin@kumc.edu 3. Answer your three security questions in the comment boxes then click on the ‘Submit’ button to move to the next page.. 4. Enter a new password in the top comment box and repeat it in the bottom comment box. Then click on the ‘Submit’ button to move back to the log-in page. Oh yeah, my username is my Employee ID Tip: You can answer the questions with a number or numbers for added security and easy access.
