5 Project Overview  Install a fully Automated Parking Access and Revenue Control (APARC) System.  Provide all management and supervision resources for the new parking operation.  Operate and maintain a comprehensive APARC System.  Provide and train all necessary staff to operate and manage the installed parking system.  Collect and deposit all parking fees in a cost efficient and customer focused manner.  Market, in conjunction with MARTA, paid parking facilities to maximize revenue.  Provide superior customer service with a seamless customer friendly parking experience that responds to customer concerns in a timely manner.  Provide MARTA with an agreed upon Percentage of Revenue each month. 5
