2 The core target audience for my Indie/Folk music video is young people both male and female ranging from 16-25 years old.

3 Jack is my stereotypical target audience member. He is 17 years old and loves all artists in the indie and folk genre. He goes to 6 th form and is currently studying music as one of his three choices for his second year of A levels.

4 Jack likes the Indie and Folk genre because of his great interest in music and therefore appreciates the talent that the artists provide. He plays his own instruments just like them so knows how skilled they are. He plays the guitar and drums and dreams that one day he will become a musician. His favourite artist is Passenger as he likes how his voice is different to a lot of artists in the music industry. He is a true fan as he is willing to pay for gig tickets and will buy their music rather than download it on free sites.

5 Jack loves spending time with his friends going to concerts and festivals. He particularly likes festivals as it is more of an experience as they camp and also they get to see a wider range of artists. He also likes that going to festivals means he gets to travel and visit lots of different places. Artists such as Passenger, Ed Sheeran, Ben Howard and Mumford and Sons are usually at the festivals he goes to. Jack also has a weekend job in a supermarket that enables him to pay to go to these festivals.
