4. How to: Once you are logged in, on the dashboard, you will see your “Loan Radar” box. Click on any of your “in process loans.”

5. This will bring up the contact record, click on the “Loan Radar” tab

6. Toggle between these two to view Status and Doc Checklist Click “Edit Status List” to customize the Loan Status Options

7. You can add a custom status. Save status for all loans or save for just this loan

8. Click the check boxes for the items that you NEED and the items you RECEIVED from the borrower

9. If you check mark the items as “Received,” they will automatically be date stamped You can edit your checklist by clicking on “Edit Checklist” at the bottom of the page

10. On the “Edit Checklist” page you can also add a custom status and save for this loan or save for all loans.

11. Click on the “Email Status & Checklist” to bring up email template to your borrower and agents connected to the loan If you have already attached Realtors to the loan, they will automatically be CC’d on this email. If not, you can simply type their names in the CC Box or click on “Click Here to Add an Agent.” You can also CC any additional people (processor for example) or edit the content of the email.

12. Click on “Email Settings” to select a default CC and BCC (for example, you would like a copy of the emails that go out, add yourself as a default BCC).

13. Once you send your email, in the “Notes & Tasks” for that contact, you will see a note added for your records that the email has been sent.
