5 + Nouns and Plural Nouns A noun is any person, place, thing, or idea. The word “plural” means more than one. To make a noun plural, you add “s” or “es” to the end of the word. Examples: Noun: Duck Plural: Ducks Noun: Beach Plural: Beaches Continue
