Existing System  Budget information maintained manually in the form of records  Because of this reason a common citizen cannot know flow of budget utilization.  Knowing level by level information is very difficult.  So it leads people to negligence in knowing the information about budget utilization.  Less security for saving data and some data may be lost due to mismanagement.  Doesn’t provide any facility to involve people to give their feedbacks and opinions directly.  Doesn’t provide any user friendly environment for people to interact with official body of our budget administration.

Proposed System  Provides department and sub department wise budget information in detail  Provides money utilization information of each and every district wise and allotted work wise also  Provides work status with photographs and contractors information of each and every level  User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system rich user interface  Authentication is provided for this application only registered users can access  Report generation features is provided using to generate different kind of reports which are helpful to knowing information  Provides feedback facilities from citizens. Budget Officer (Admin) Responsibilities  Add new departments and add sub departments  Add department Officers, district Officers  Can view list of department Officers, district Officers  Delete department Officers, district Officers  Enter state budget of a particular financial year at department level and sub department level  Modify, Delete budget as per requirement  Administrator also gives replies to feedbacks & queries

Department Budget Officer Responsibilities  Can view department wise budget details of our State budget  Can make request to Budget officer to get budget through secure transaction id  Can view list of department Officers, district Officers  Can distributed budget to districts under concern departments and Can view distributed Budget  Can send feedbacks & Queries

District Budget Officer Responsibilities  Can view district wise budget details of our State budget  Can make request to Department officer to get budget through secure transaction id  Can view list of District Officers and Contractors  Can distributed budget to works under concern departments and Can view distributed Budget of works  Can send feedbacks & Queries  Can select contractors for particular works

10. Contractors Responsibilities  Can view work details in district  Can make request to District officer to get budget through secure transaction id  Can view list of Contractors  Enter Work Status & Details with Photographs regularly  Can send feedbacks & Queries
