1 Digital Scheme Inspection

2 Android Based Application for Regular inspection accomplishment and reporting. It can be utilized by different Departments or Administrators which performs the task of inspections, such as Police, Health Department etc. By use of this application we are trying to provide better Decision support System for Government Regarding the Schemes running in states. In this application we are trying to facilitate the user for following type of task 1. Data Collect, 2. Report Generation. 3. Decision Support system 4. Live Scheme inspection Report Generation 5. Easy Reporting System. 6. Accurate Schemes progress indication As per Open Shared Collaborative approach we used Open source Technologies for the development of this Application.

4 By utilization of this form a user can collect and send scheme Related Information and Inspection Details via their Mobile. They can collect following information Location details Images Attachments Description about Inspections Remarks of Officer Longitude and Latitude of Subject Scheme Related Information Allotment in schemes Status of Schemes Officers Work Report

5 We can map Data into Map as per geo location recorded by Mobile through which collected data is forwarded, and we can analyze data of Specific Region and Schemes as per our requirement We can utilize data server for various types of reporting based on our requirement by utilization of different open source BI Reporting tools such as, SpagoBI It will provide us trends of schemes Progress

7 Can be used by any department for live data collection and Reporting Completely Open source Geo mapping MIS Generation Decision Support Local Database for 1.Departments 2.Schemes 3.District 4.Block 5.Village
