3 Disenrollment – Page 5 Failure to meet basic academic, flight and personal conduct standards are grounds for disenrollment from the ACT Program. Students that are removed will have to reapply and are not guaranteed re-acceptance © 2015 Coast Flight Training. All Rights Reserved.

4 Grade Performance Standards – Page 6 Required to maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA © 2015 Coast Flight Training. All Rights Reserved.

5 Other Performance Standards – Page 11 Hazardous behavior or unsafe flying practices Excessive training time to include time to initial solo Violations of Student Code of Conduct Violations of FAA regulations Medical or flight currency lapses Any of the above and you WILL be reported to the Performance Evaluation Board © 2015 Coast Flight Training. 6 Attendance Requirements – Page 16 It is expected that ACT students will treat their training as a full-time requirements with a minimum of 3 training events per week. © 2015 Coast Flight Training. All Rights Reserved.

7 Daily Schedule – Page 16 It is the students responsibility to check the schedule daily. In addition, students should verbally confirm their schedule with their instructor to make sure there are no discrepancies with the online scheduling system. Students are expected to be present at the time of scheduled events and to be fully prepared for the lesson’s tasks. Students MUST come to class prepared. © 2015 Coast Flight Training. 8 Cancellations and No-Show Policy – Page 16 A student will be able to cancel 3 scheduled events per term, as long as a minimum of 7 days’ notice is provided. A student may cancel an event for medical reasons. © 2015 Coast Flight Training. All Rights Reserved.

9 Weather and Cancellations Students should be prepared to fly even if the weather looks questionable. All cancellations due to weather require the Flight Instructor and student be physically present in the training facility. © 2015 Coast Flight Training. All Rights Reserved.

10 No Shows – Page 17 Students who repeatedly no-show for training events, cancel events within the 7-day training window, or who report to training unprepared may be recommended for disenrollment from the program. © 2015 Coast Flight Training. All Rights Reserved.
