To revise Freshman seminar to include informing students about research internship, and to include information on metacognition and learning styles What are your midterm outcomes? To hold regular meetings to discuss issues of pedagogy,student learning related issues, and work shopping specific courses What are your long term outcomes? To align out department/program with Vision and Change

5. What activities will help you meet these goals? What resources will you use? Ambassadors Program Work closely with our Teaching and Learning center – improve peer to peer tutoring PULSE and other Online resources

6. What is your timeline for planning and implementation? Fall 2014- monthly meeting pedagogy Currently in the process of programmatic review- reinstating req. for senior research Fall 2015- Freshman seminar in place
