5 Eminent Person Weebly Pages: 1. Home 2. Articles 3. Videos 4. Research Paper 5. Works Cited Articles: Embed the articles on your Weebly (links, buttons, or copy and paste). Link: Link your paper to your “Research Paper” page, and copy ad paste your Works Cited to your “Works Cited” page. Cite: Give credit to any pictures or videos you put on your website. Cite them on your “Works Cited” page.

6 Questioning If another group read your novel, what questions should they be able to answer? Think about inquiry questions. Use the colored sheets at your tables to help you.

7 Theme What is theme? Author’s message or belief about life Universal What the story means How do you find theme? Make a list of topics from the story. Circle the most important topic. Write a sentence about what the author believes about that topic. Write “The author believes that….” Cross out “The author believes that,” and revise your sentence as needed.

8 Theme Write the theme on a sticky note, and tape the sticky note to your Adventure Board on the Theme spot. Cross out “The author believes that,” and revise your sentence as needed. You have found the theme of your classic novel! Circle the most important topic, and write a sentence on your whiteboard about what the author believes about that topic. Write “The author believes that….” What are some topics found in your novel? List them on the whiteboard.
