2  What is a presentation?  How do you plan a presentation?  How many key messages should you have?  What do you need to know about your audience?  What types of presentations do you give?  What types of audience do you present to?

20  Watch video 1.3 and fill in the chart on page 1 of your course pack.  Then do the activities 7 and 8 on page 5 of your coursebook.

21  Do you get nervous before a presentation?  What do you worry about?  What can you do to control your nerves?

22  Watch the other people’s opinions (Video 1.5) and do the activity 10 on page 2 of your course pack.  Then watch video 1.6 and do the activity 11 on page 5 of your course book.
