2. File Tracking System File tracking system, this application allows us to track the location of any given file which greatly reduces the time it takes to do so and improves the speed and performance of an organization’s transactions.

File Tracking System File Creation Whenever a file is to be created, a department user has to provide Data of creation, name of the department,Subjcet o the file and physical file id as input, then this application generates one file id using which information can be pulled up later when ever requires.

9. File Tracking System File(s) Sending Whenever a file is to be sent, a department user has to use this option, initially this form will show all file(s) that are to be sent, user can choose any of the file(s) followed by Name of the Sending Department and Date of sending.

10. File Tracking System File Closing Originating Department user can close any of the file(s) created by him provided the file is in his department, here user has to enter Date of closing.

11. File Tracking System Reports File Status At any movement a particular file can be tracked using this option, initially all file- id’s will be populated here, a user can choose a file id to be searched, then it will give information like Originating Department, where it resides currently, and it’s previous transaction details.

12. File Tracking System Reports Active File(s) History Using this option user can generate a report for all active file(s) generated by him.
