21. What do you notice about? What the presenter said (the topics that they covered). You might want to make a note of anything that they said that stands out for you. Any unusual words or phrases. The gender of the presenter. Do you think it had any affect on the conversation? How the presenter spoke. What was their tone of voice and the pace of their speech like? How much did the presenter speak? Did they dominate or involve others?

22. To finish... You have five minutes to prepare to sum up for the rest of the class. I would like you briefly outline anything interesting that you have discovered so far today about the way that your presenter speaks. I would also like you to suggest any other presenters that you think we could explore in connection with your presenter. Finally, can you share your ideas about what we need to know to be able to analyse this data. Make sure that one of your group is prepared to share your thoughts.
