ADDITIONAL PROJECTS cont.  District Wide Energy Upgrades $3.1M (Gym Lighting and Windows) - New LED Gym lighting project is complete - Partial window replacements at 18 schools will be advertised this month for summer 2016 construction  Flooring Replacements $900K (2010 and 2011 flooring bond balances) - Poured rubber gym floors at Sherrod and Swanson are complete - Poured rubber gym floor at Pioneer Peak Elementary over spring break - Next phase includes carpet at Butte, Cottonwood, Finger Lake, Goose Bay, Sherrod, Swanson, Trapper Creek, and Willow Elementary Schools for a total of 108,000 SF of new carpet, currently advertised for bids  Roof Bond Balance $800K - Sutton ES reroof and Tanaina ES roof modifications closed Jan 2016 -- Contract to EP Roofing approved Feb 16 for summer 2016 completion
