5. Execution Concept of the operation .
Phase I: 27OCT14 – 02DEC14. all preparation leading up to CWST which includes issuing WARNO, OPORD, coordinating supply draw, gathering attendance, leader’s recon and ends with a ROC drill NLT 30NOV14.
Phase II: DEC14. Begins with the arrival of cadets at MIT Paul Revere Battalion, accountability formation, movement to MIT Zesiger Center, safety briefing by c/NCOIC, and ends with demonstrations and instructions of all the CWST stations.
Phase III: begins with the 5min tread water station followed by rotations through the other CWST stations in the following order; 10min swim, 15M equipment swim, equipment removal, 3M drop and ends with drown proofing.
Phase IV: begins with final formation, reconsolidation, AAR, dismissal of cadets and concludes at c/BN staff meeting DEC14. .

Logistics:
Class I: None
Class VI: 1 Full canteen of water & Soap
Uniform: ACUs with IPFU shorts (bathing suit under IPFU shorts for female cadets). IMPORTANT- THE ACU MUST BE COMPLETELY CLEAN AND FREE OF ANY DIRT, MUD. Cadets will not be allowed in the pool with dirty ACU’s, shoes, etc. Cadets will also bring a pair of clean tennis shoes, as well as a waterproof bag, towel, and a complete change of civilian clothes.
Transportation: cadets will travel to and from MIT as per school transportation plan.
Health System Support: Any safety issue or injury should be reported to any MSIV, who will in turn either report to cadre/lifeguards or take necessary action
Emergency: MIT campus police can be reached by dialing 100 from a campus phone or (617)
MEDEVAC will be made through 911. CLS Bag will be present
