4. 4 404 Permit Special Conditions Special conditions require pre-construction monitoring Prior to any construction activity monitoring station on Richland Creek to be established providing real time data to website On-line monitoring  Flow  Water Quality  pH  Temperature  Dissolved Oxygen  Turbidity  Nitrate Met with USGS to review installation. USGS will provide solar powered system with satellite communication. Waving majority of equipment cost - agreement will be presented to the W&S Advisory Board in October and Commission in November.

5. 5 Safe Dams Design Review is Ongoing Dam Design is 100% complete Initiated Safe Dams review process on September 25, 2015 Anticipate Comments by January 4, 2016

6. 6 Reservoir is not Heavily Influenced by Rainfall Drainage Area for Reservoir is only 2.73 mi 2 Normal Pool is 910 with 12 ft of freeboard Even a torrential 24” storm with outlet closed would not fill the reservoir
