Today we will use two Socratic Circle discussions (in two halves) to discuss this topic. In silence... 1) Prepare answers to the following questions: - What does it mean to be British? - Has our notion of Britishness changed? - Is it important to have a national identify? - Do you feel British? 2) Devise at least three open, challenging quesitons to ask. 3) Consider your response to these quesitons. Let's watch some clips before we plan.
