4. The waterfall is located in Penaplata, about an hour’s drive from the port where the ferry arrives from Davao City. Tricycles from the port can take guests right to the entrance to the falls.

5. Getting to Hagimit Falls requires a bit of a hike from the main road. There is also a steep staircase to conquer before reaching the actual falls.

6. Hagimit Falls are clusters of small waterfalls, all with pools fit for swimming. The waters of the pools are clear, cool and refreshing.

11. Visitors can bring as much food as they want. There is no corkage fee for both food and drinks and there are small stores that sell things like ice, condiments and chips.
