SO 5: Coordination, Monitoring & Evaluation 1. Number of Ward Aids Committees submitting reports to District AIDS Council. We have been unable to obtain data from OSS. eThekwini Municipality is in the process of appointing staff responsible for functioning of OSS. We have created 18 Zonal Committees, in accordance to OSS who will also be reporting on the 103 Wards of the eThekwini District.
