10 Lessons learned It is evident that EWP can effectively strengthen access to health information and services for employees in the private sector, if well integrated in given company structures, supported by medical staff and provision of multi- dimensional combination of tools, clinical services and approaches. The success of EWP interventions is dependent on management buy-in and partnership with key service providers. Documentation of results and impact should be an integral part of results-based monitoring and continued advocacy for financial buy-in from companies needs to be achieved. Use of Cost Benefit Projection Tool by companies in Zimbabwe and in the region to be extended.
