Annual Plan Items 4 Both of the SRS’s 2014 Annual Plan items have been completed. o 1.e Coordinate with NERC on changes to the definition of Bulk Electric System NERC Project Definition of Bulk Electric System (Phase 2). o 1.i Coordinate with NERC on NERC Project Glossary Updates. The NERC project may impact WEQ-000 Abbreviations, Acronyms, and Definition of Terms.

NERC Reliability Standards Development Plan 5 ●NAESB will continue to monitor: o Project Phase 1 of Balancing Authority Reliability-based Controls: Reserves o Project IRO Review o Project Phase 2 –a periodic review of the three standards BAL ‐ 004, BAL ‐ 005, and BAL ‐ 006 o NERC Glossary Updates ●Project Coordinate Interchange Standards o Annual Plan Item 3.a.ii. has been completed by the JESS. ●Project ATC Revisions (MOD A) o The NAESB WEQ Executive Committee MOD Standards Scoping Task Force is currently working on Annual Plan Item 1h.
