Multiple NERC Glossary Terms additions and modifications: Balancing Contingency Event, Most Severe Single Contingency, Reportable Balancing Contingency Event, Contingency Event Recovery Period, Contingency Reserve Restoration Period, Pre-Reporting Contingency Event ACE Value, Reserve Sharing Group Reporting ACE, Contingency Reserve
Project BAL-005, -006 Host BA meets balancing obligations
Project technical white paper includes evaluation of WEQ-007 on the basis on modifications made to these two reliability standards
