Northwest Coast Homes They would light they’re house with tiny fish. All of the front doors were very low. Some of the house’s was painted with beautiful designs.

Food

Northwest Coast Food They put fish oil on berries Sometimes they brought back deer meat and fatty whale blubber. Actually almost everything was eaten with fish oil even deserts.

Clothing

Northwest Coast Clothing They might wear a deerskin tunic, which is painted with beautiful designs. They wore clothes made from bark because it was actually warm. Women wore skirts and men sometimes wore nothing at all

Other Interesting Facts It was not important to be rich you had to share needs. Coastal Indians went to parties for births, weddings and building houses. Little children were loved and fussed over. The most valuable thing you could own was a copper shield. No matter how thirsty you were you could not drink during meals. You had good manners. Sometimes when they were performing magic trick sometime people got there head cut off.

The End THANK YOU! Northwest Coast was really fun to learn about. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
