Why chose wind turbine ?

Modern technology Simple idea of wind turbine A wind turbine works the opposite of a fan. The wind turns the blades, which spin a shaft, which connects to a generator and makes electricity. What is Wind Energy? Wind energy is the transformation of the kinetic energy of the wind into mechanical or electrical energy that can be harnessed for practical use

A Wind Turbine Blades Tower Pitch Generator Rotor

Wind turbines operate on a simple principle: The energy in the wind turns the propeller-like blades around a rotor. The rotor is connected to the main drive shaft, which spins a generator to create electricity. Wind turbines are mounted on a tower to capture the most energy. At 30 meters or more above ground, they can take advantage of faster and less turbulent wind. Wind turbines can be used to produce electricity for a single home or building, or connected to an electricity grid for more widespread electricity distribution.

Advantages of Wind Energy Environment:  Wind energy is friendly to the surrounding environment, as no fossil fuels are burnt to generate electricity from wind energy.  Wind turbines requires less space than average power stations.  When combined with solar electricity, this energy source is great for developed and developing countries  No pollution.

Economics:  Wind is a completely renewable resource because it is something that occurs naturally.  Lowest prices renewable resources.  provides jobs and substantial revenue. Field of SIMs Municipal Recycling The wind turbine on SIMs Municipal Recycling is 120 feet tall The wind turbine cost approximately $750,000. Capacity of 100kW. Produces to kWh per year Expected to generate 4% of the electricity

Conclusion Wind turbines are awesome, just depends on the location May be expensive but outcome is great for the environment.
