Our Aims To encourage everyone to be active and healthy by walking to school To keep everyone safe coming to school To encourage safe parking and travel around our school To teach everyone about Road Safety Our S.T.A.R.S travel plan will help everyone find active and safe ways to come to school

Achieving our aims Produce school Travel Plan Carry out Travel Surveys Carry out Street Audit Road Safety education (for all school users/ visitors ) Zig – zag campaign

Travel Survey Results Number of Pupils Classes As you can see 288 children took part in our survey. Most children walk to school (155). Many children came by car (117). In P1 and P4 more children came by car than walk. Only three children came to the school by bike.
