Consequences of Eating Health and Eating Un-healthy. By. Jessie dawn woolridge

I believe that making the positive choice to eating healthy will impact my life by having a longer healthier and more active life.

 Research has shown that following a healthy eating plan can both reduce the risk of developing high blood pressure and lower an already elevated blood pressure.  The Center for Disease Control states that kids who follow healthy eating patterns in childhood and young adulthood are more likely to follow good nutrition practices throughout adulthood.  Longer life  More activity

 Premature death, essentially. Poor eating can contribute to and increase the risk of obesity, heart disease, heart attack, stroke, cancer, diabetes and various other chronic conditions.  you may feel bloated  Ill  Sleepy  lack of energy  weight gain  Diabetes  cancer  heart disease  stroke
