The Ford Family Foundation Scholarship Programs –5,043 students have benefited with $154 million awarded since 1994 –980 currently active recipients with $11 million in projected awards in –Approximately 250 scholarships awarded annually

Residents of Oregon/Siskiyou Co. Expected Family Contribution < $6,000 Graduating HS senior or transferring junior from CC Pursuing a bachelor’s degree beginning fall term Attend an eligible college in home state Ford Scholars Program Award Amount 90% of unmet financial need Min $1,000/Max $25,000 annually

Ford Opportunity Program  Resident of Oregon/Siskiyou Co.  Need based  Must be a single parent (“head of household”)  No support of a domestic partner  Seeking a bachelor’s degree in home state  Ed plan  At least 1 yr remaining in program Award Amount  90% of unmet financial need  Min $1,000/Max $25,000 annually

Ford ReStart Program  Resident of Oregon/Siskiyou Co.  Need based  Must be over the age of 25 years old  Can seek a 2-year or 4-year degree in their home state  Less than ½ way through degree program  Reference required  Ed plan Award Amount  90% of unmet need  Min $1,000/Max $25,000 annually

Ford Sons & Daughters Program Program Details  Dependents of Roseburg Forest Products Co. employees  Eligible students all US plants Award Amount  CC & CT programs: $3,000/yr  Four-year school: $5,000/yr
