Village Planning  Village Planning Phase II roll-out continues - all Voluntary and Community Groups welcome to get involved.  Barnes, Mortlake and East Sheen Village Plans are being finalised and will be published early this summer  Drop-in Events taking place in Richmond (6 June at RACC and 13 June at St Matthias Church) and Walkabouts (7 and 14 June), St Margarets and East Twickenham (16 and 17 May)  High levels of community engagement e.g. joint working with Barnes Community Association 'Barnes Ponder’
