Why do we participate in projects? We all want to improve education. ESHA helps with: -international connections -sharing of best practices -implementing innovations -lobbying on a EC level

Current projects: European Policy Network of School Leadership: -> influencing policy makers (autonomy, distributed leadership, etc) Iguana: -> reducing resistance to change Quality for Innovation: -> Project approach for innovative schools Entrepreneurial leadership: -> course for school heads
