Important Dates  February 1 : PFT Testing Window Opens  April 15: CV Deadline for completing regular testing  April 29: Deadline for entering PFT Data into PFT Online for regular testing  May 31: Deadline for make-up testing & entering make-up data into PFT Online

Optional: Data Collection Spreadsheet  Purpose:  Provide timely feedback regarding student performance on the PFT  This DOES NOT replace entering data in the online system. Online data entry must still be completed to comply with State Data Collection Regulations
