EDUCATIONAL GOALS Instruction at the Bachelor’s and Master’s Levels with Programs Articulated with Lake County College Emphasis upon Credit and Degree Instruction Instruction at Times and Formats Convenient for Working Adults Emphasis on High Need Programs
