State St. (north side of State St. between S. Orange Grove Blvd. & Pasadena Ave. House is significant as a representation of Arts & Crafts Period architecture and the work of Greene & Greene Nomination submitted by owner HPC concurred with staff’s recommendation at its October 15, 2012 meeting SHRC to consider nominations at its November 9, 2012 meeting 2
