Built in 1889, it was originally the residence of Dr. R.W. Allen, a prominent early Dallas physician, and his wife Grace Allen, a leader in social and literary circles of Dallas

6 Recommendations Staff recommends approval
Landmark Commission recommended approval on October 6, 1998
