What are Some of the Negative Effects. O High blood pressure O Type 2 diabetes O Elevated blood cholesterol levels O Philological problem like sad and depress

Some of the Causes Poor nutrition and healthy eating habits Lack of exercise

Solution O Encourage parents, relatives and friend to stand up and help to reduce obesity. O Eat more nutrients and less fatty food. O Exercises more.
