What were you doing when you first found out? sleeping. it was like 5 or 6 am when it happened where i live. woke up to my mom saying “Oh My Gosh" when the 2nd plane hit. i was in middle school. the first tower came down when i was eating rice crispness cereal the 2nd tower fell when i got to school. i was just old enough at the time, 6. I was getting ready for school. and mom came and told me i wasn't going to school today. She said she just didn't want us to leave the house today. About 5min. my dad busted in and said he heard something on the radio, and he turned on the TV, and turned it to cnn. I will never forget that. I was on a bus on my way to school, I didn't learn about it till I got home

How 9/11 Effect the Children’s Home Life The attack was disturbing to the American people, particularly disturbing to children, in part because of the frequency with which the images were replayed on television.
