Helpers

Many people help us. A teacher helps us learn. A firefighter helps put out fires. A police officer helps us be safe. A dentist helps us take care of our teeth. A trash worker helps us keep our town clean. A mail carrier brings us letters.

Q & A 1.Who is your favorite helper? Why? 2.What other helpers do you know? How do they help us? 3.What can you do to help others?

Firefighters do tons of different things for us... they put fires out, they protect us from fire and keep people safe. Firefighter is my favorite helper.

Helpers are people who do jobs that make things easier for others. Every day there are many different people who help us. Today we are going to read about some of these helpers.

Helpers Dentist – a doctor who works on people’s teeth. Firefighter – a person who puts out fires. Helpers – people who do jobs that makes things easier for others. Letters – written message sent in the mail. Mail carrier – a person who takes letters and packages from one place to another.

Helpers Police officer – a person who helps keep people safe and make sure they follow laws. Teacher – a person who helps students learn. Town – a place with houses, stores and other buildings. Trash worker – a person who take away garbage.

Helpers are people who do jobs that make things easier for others. Every day there are many different people who help us.
