Product Development “a market driven approach”

Product Development  The MABS Approach follows a client focused demand-driven approach to designing microfinance products, instead of the supply driven, “one-size fits all” approach.  The product development module will take participants to the step by step process of designing a product based on results of market study.

Training Objectives At the end of the five-day course, the participants shall have: 1.Fully understood the product development process and all the activities undertaken in developing a new product; 2.Learned how to design a microfinance loan product, and prepare a product manual, MIS gap analysis report, and financial projections.
