OUR MISSION

DISCIPLE

OUR PROCESS Find the lost to bring them to the community.

OUR PROCESS Teach them how to love God.

OUR PROCESS Send them to disciple others according to their spiritual gifts.

HOW ARE OUR SMALL GROUPS 1.They have a leadership structure. 2.They are vehicles for discipleship. 3.They are communities for ministering. 4.They are the basic units of the body of Christ.

HOW TO ESTABLISH THE SG’s 1.Through a small group prototype led by a pastor. 2.The goal is to train leaders to minister small communities in the local church.

OUR SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR SG LEADERS 1.For every 5 leaders, 1 supervisor. 2.For every 5 supervisors, 1 local coordinator. 3.The pastor gives support to the local coordinators of the churches.

OUR GOAL 1.Organize churches into small groups. 2.Simplify the structure of the local church so that there is a focus on discipleship.
