1 Evaluate Discipleship Models
Vital congregations have multiple small groups that are a part of a discipleship system designed to impact multiple generations but especially youth and children. In this class you will learn how to: Evaluate Discipleship Models Develop a system of training small group leaders Explore small group resources Discover how to introduce your initial small group

3 Covenant Discipleship Groups
A Covenant Discipleship group is 5-7 persons who meet together for one hour each week to hold one another mutually accountable for their discipleship. Groups tend to form based on the day and time people are available for a weekly meeting.

4 The group is guided by a covenant they write, shaped by the General Rule of Discipleship:
To witness to Jesus Christ in the world and to follow his teachings through acts of compassion, justice, worship and devotion under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Teaching Fellowship Worship Prayer Power Ministry Evangelism Provide pastoral care to all members of your group and their families as appropriate  Pray for all the people in your cell group each week. Teaching—learning and applying God's Word Fellowship—building supportive, mutually accountable relationships Worship—praising God for who He is and what He has done Prayer—listening to and sharing intimately with God; interceding for others and God's work in the world Power—experiencing the filling and outpouring of the Holy Spirit Ministry—using spiritual gifts and loving each other in practical ways to meet needs Evangelism—impacting our society and sharing the good news so that people become Christ's disciples Provide pastoral care to all members of your group and their families as appropriate (visit in hospital, home, etc.).Pray for all the people in your cell group each week.

11 Community Focused Diversity to Reflect the Community Culture Multi Faceted Planning must include the youth Mid Hi/Senior High Should reflect the church ministry ie Call to Worship or Discipleship Adventure Worship, Study Fellowship and Mission
