Mr. Shulman Uses a Document Camera

Teacher Use: Explaining Letter to Legislator Assignment I am explaining how to fill out the outline. I emphasize certain words, and provide examples for some questions.

Teacher Use: Explaining the Electoral College I am showing the electoral college map and explaining one of the tasks my students need to accomplish.

Teacher Use: Explaining the Federal Budget Process I am going over a Webquest with my AP students. I am writing down answers to student responses. We also discussed vocabulary and I asked many follow up questions about student responses.

Student Use: Collaborative Groups Debating the Electoral College Students worked in groups to come up with 3 arguments For/Against using the Electoral college. The paper for each group was put on the document camera to display the list to the class.

Student Use: Students Explaining Presidential Powers Students presented the meaning of a variety of presidential powers to the class. After conducting their research, students used the document camera to visualize different types of presidential powers.
