The NewIDES systemDG Agriculture I.3, 19/11/2002 NewIDES - Management Committee for Pigmeat What is NewIDES NewIDES is a software package which allows the treatment of data files that are sent by the Member States Administrations to the various services of the DG Agriculture of the European Commission. The Web Upload Secure Interface (WUSI), is an Internet application which allows the easy and safe transfer of these data files from the Member States Administrations to NewIDES.

The NewIDES systemDG Agriculture I.3, 19/11/2002 NewIDES - Management Committee for Pigmeat Member State Correspondent prepares a text file, using a predefined template; Member State Correspondent sends this file to DG Agriculture using the WUSI web application; WUSI sends back a delivery report; NewIDES treats the data and sends back an acknowledgement.
